Trip to Seplawan Cave

Cave Seplawan natural tourist attraction located in the village Donorejo, District Kaligesing, Purworejo district. Purworejo downtown, a trip to this cave can be reached as far as 20 km to the east which takes about one to two hours. This cave is situated at an altitude of 700 m above sea level that ensures the existence of a very cool air condition. We mountain bike enthusiasts really like the reliefs in the vicinity of this cave, because the track path in this area is good to go through with XC-Bikes.

One other interesting thing that existed at this tourist attraction is the presence of substations with a view of Mount screen background. Through this bus shelter visitors can enjoy the beautiful scenery with mountain background color. In fact, visitors can see clearly the city of Yogyakarta when the weather clears.

Rural roads are very cool to ride like the picture below makes us the spirit of biking because the supply of oxygen that enters the body is fresh.

Trip to Sermo Reservoir

Sermo Reservoir is the only reservoir located in the province of Yogyakarta Special Region with extensive pool of approximately 157 Ha. Sermo Reservoir Hargowilis located in village, district Kokap, approximately 5 km west of town Wates.

Tourists can enjoy a panoramic reservoir with around by a boat tour or asphalt road along the 21 km circumference. Tourists can do the activities of fishing, hiking, biking. Sermo reservoir of natural conditions are also very popular community of lovers of good off-road two-wheel or four wheel. For tourists who are interested in tasting freshwater fish dishes, can visit food stalls around the reservoir Sermo.

The situation is crystal clear blue water and shape resemble the serpentine fingers with a background of green hills notch.

Trip to Kaliadem

Kaliadem is an area of 25 hectares of pine forests with an altitude of 1100 meters above sea level, on the southern slope of Mount Merapi. Kaliadem village in the administrative area Kepuharjo, Cangkringan, Sleman, Yogyakarta, Indonesia, ± 25-30 km north of Yogyakarta.

Besides the cool air with the wind swirling valleys, you can enjoy the unique landscape of green slopes of Merapi. Even if the air is clear and not foggy, you can enjoy the charm of the graceful peak of Merapi.

If you mountain bike enthusiasts of any community, there is a good idea to invite fellow fans to cross the bike and enjoy the fresh and beautiful tourist area of Kaliadem, Yogyakarta.


The headquarters is where we chat with members. In addition, we always check the daily conditions of our bicycles, whether it was not used and will be used for cycling. This is especially noticed because we remember the comfort and safety in driving is important for a smooth ride for all our members.

Trip to Merapi Foothills

HaBe Retro is a bike community who have tried an adventure in some cross-country terrain in the area of Yogyakarta. With cross-country bicycle types, we have tried to explore the terrain offroad in Kaliadem, Kaliurang, Seplawan Cave, and Reservoir Sermo.

HaBe Retro in West Kaliurang

Kaliurang is the fresh area for biking in Yogyakarta. When you are cycling in the foothills of Merapi, you may see the great view of Merapi Mountain.

For those of you who enjoy biking in the mountains, it’s worth trying to explore your existing bike path in the northern part of Yogyakarta, in particular areas of the foothills of Mount Merapi. If you are interested in, invite your friends to experience cycling in the area that this cool air.
